Wow, what a blur! Another year has passed.

It’s what all those seasoned parents told you when your children were babies – “They grow up so fast!” And now you’ve seen the proof.

These kid-raising years can be so rewarding, but also so tough. I know how hard you work to keep your family happy and healthy. And I know how tricky it can be to catch your breath, and take a moment to appreciate all the love in your family’s life.

Hi!I’m Lenka and I adore working with families like yours – to capture the connection you all share as the years go by.

I’ve been a family photographer taking portraits of Asheville families for 13 years and have witnessed the evolution of those families over time – from the first baby to the third, from rambunctious children to proud teenagers. Watching these families grow and change is one of my greatest joys.

As a mother myself, I cherish the deep love and connection that photographs can capture. And I want to share that with you.

As your Family Photographer, my mission is to give you:

An enjoyable and stress-free photo session experience

Slow down and experience a fun evening with your loved ones. Come on a playdate filled with cuddles, kisses and tickles. With many years of experience and two children of my own, I have a few tricks up my sleeve for how to create an environment where your children can be themselves, have fun, and show their true smiles.

With a couple of hours of the easiest family photo shoot ever, I’ll give you a family adventure as memorable as your final images. Even your husband will say, “That was actually fun!”

Guidance through the whole process

I know getting your family ready for a photo shoot can feel overwhelming. But don’t worry! I’ll make it easy.

I’ll work closely with you in determining what to wear and how to coordinate your family’s attire.

Together we’ll find the perfect location for your session. I have a lot of great locations to share!

And finally, during our in-home Viewing & Ordering Session, I will help you decide which printed products will make the best artwork for your home.

SESSION BOOKING & PAYMENT

We’ll find a date for your session, and you’ll pay the session fee. Now the fun starts!

PLANNING & CONSULTATION

After booking, you’ll receive my session guide, explaining how to prepare for your session. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your dream session in more details.

ENJOY YOUR SESSION!

Relax and enjoy some time focused on your family.

VIEWING & ORDERING SESSION

After 2-3 weeks of editing time, we will meet at your home for your viewing and ordering session. You’ll choose your favorite images and see and touch all of my sample prints. Long distance clients will be presented with an online gallery.
